The Strathcona Regional District has received $4.6 million from the federal Gas Tax Fund to install several new heating and cooling systems at Strathcona Gardens Recreation Complex.
The financial plan outlines the approved projects and initiatives which will be undertaken by the SRD in the coming five years.
