Expense Claims – Directors, Commissioners and Employees
The SRD staff and directors' expenses claims are published here.
In November 2016, the Strathcona Regional District Board approved a policy to publish staff and directors’ expenses claims on the SRD website, effective January 1, 2017. Expense claims are a written request for reimbursement of expenses incurred in relation to the holding of office or employment with the regional district.
The publication of expense claims does not include invoices, receipts or ticket stubs, however those documents are publicly available through a formal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act request. All expense claims are to be published once approved for payment.
