Notice of Lease Opportunity – Corporate office Building

Public Notice is hereby given that the Strathcona Regional District intends to lease a portion of its corporate office building located at 990 Cedar Street in Campbell River, B.C. The area offered for lease is located on the second floor and comprises approximately 2,500 square feet including some shared spaces. It is intended that the term of the lease would be 5 years starting towards the end of 2024.

Those persons who have an interest in leasing the area in question should contact the Regional District to obtain further information or to arrange an appointment for viewing. The Regional District reserves the right to consider only those lease arrangements that are deemed compatible with the operations of the Regional District. Any decision to lease the premises in question will be made at a public meeting held by the Regional Board.
