Fire status has been updated to Being Held
Fire status has been updated to Being Held, meaning at this stage, the wildfire is not likely to spread beyond predetermined boundaries under prevailing conditions. Regional resources are staffed for expected wind event. No significant growth expected. The immediate area continues to be intermittently impacted by smoke.
The outlook remains positive and risk to infrastructure is low at this time. BCWS is not recommending any evacuation alerts related to this fire. Updates can be found on www.bcwildfire.ca.
