The park lands were created when the surrounding property was subdivided in 2020. The park lands also include public trails through the Fir Crest Acres strata and the Quadra Links Golf Course, connecting the Haskin Farm Trail.

Natural Features
The park includes second growth forest, a wetland and the adjacent riparian area.
