Planning & Development

The Strathcona Regional District’s (SRD) Community Services Department provides land use planning services to the residents of the four electoral areas of the SRD.

The range of land use planning services includes:  

  •  Zoning bylaw review and implementation
  • Preparation and review of Official Community and Local Area Plans
  • Processing development applications  
  • Answering public inquiries by email, phone, or in person at the SRD’s front counter
