Purpose: Bylaw No. 519, if adopted, would rezone the subject lands from Country Residential Four (CR-4) to Country Residential Three (CR-3) to facilitate subdivision of each of these parcels into two lots, ranging in size from 1.0 to 1.3 hectares.
