On Wednesday, June 25, 2025 the SRD Board of Directors may proceed with final passage and adoption of Bylaw No. 609, being Regional Board Procedure Bylaw 2024, Amendment No. 2
REGIONAL BOARD PROCEDURE BYLAW
Public Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 the Board of Directors for the Strathcona Regional District may proceed with final passage and adoption of Bylaw No. 609, being Regional Board Procedure Bylaw 2024, Amendment No. 2, which would limit the time period for reconsideration of motions to the meeting immediately following the meeting at which the motion to be reconsidered was originally decided.
Bylaw No. 609 is available for public inspection online at www.srd.ca/notice-bylaw-609 or in person at the Regional District corporate office in Campbell River during regular business hours.
Any person who believes their interests will be affected by the passage of Bylaw No. 609 may submit a written response to this notice not later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 for consideration by the Regional Board.
