There will be a public hearing to consider Bylaw 311, being Cortes Island Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2012, Amendment No. 1 and Bylaw 312, being Electoral Area 'I' (Cortes Island) Zoning Bylaw, 2002, Amendment No. 29, commencing at 2:30 pm at the Gorge Hall located at 1375 Robertson Road, Whaletown, BC.

The Strathcona Regional District received a FireSmart Grant through the Union of BC Municipalities, which we are using to provide wood debris removal over three Saturdays at Maple Park.
