Part in Plan VIS3306; Lot B, Sect. 34, Twp. 4, LD 15, Plan VIP61808; Lot A, Sect. 34, Twp. 4, LD 15, Plan VIP61808 and Lot 2, Sect. 34, Twp. 4, LD 15, Plan VIP61824 as shown on the map below.

Purpose: Bylaw No. 519, if adopted, would rezone the subject lands from Country Residential Four (CR-4) to Country Residential Three (CR-3) to facilitate subdivision of each of these parcels into two lots, ranging in size from 1.0 to 1.3 hectares.

Copies of the proposed bylaw and related information are available for inspection at the SRD Customer Service Centre, located at 990 Cedar Street, Campbell River, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, from January 2, 2024 until 12:00 noon on January 10, 2024.
The public hearing will be chaired by the Director of Electoral Area D representing the SRD Board. Anyone who believes their interests are affected by the proposed bylaw will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. Persons unable to attend the hearing can submit signed written submissions to form part of the public hearing record provided submissions are delivered via post, by hand to the SRD Community Services Desk or electronically to planning@srd.ca no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Submissions that do not meet the above requirements or are made after the close of the public hearing cannot be considered.
